Beyond our own development projects, Berekete Mariam Properties also takes on selected build-for-fee engagements. Whether you have a lot, a custom design, or an investment property you want built, we can step in as your project manager and general contractor — handling permitting, scheduling, trades, and delivery against a clear scope and fee structure.
This is a different engagement than the partnerships described above: you provide the capital and ownership; we provide the construction execution. Each project is evaluated based on scope fit, schedule, location, and alignment with our build standards.
